Born and raised in small-town Massachusetts, Lizzie grew up swimming in a nearby lake every summer. Sharing the water with the local turtles, she spent 13 years on the Snappers swim team -- launching her coaching career at just fourteen years old! In high school, Lizzie was captain of her school swim team as a Senior and graduated at the height of the pandemic in 2020. Soon after, she left the US to study in Ireland at Trinity College Dublin for two years. Upon her return stateside, she settled in NYC and is now back in the pool at Imagine while she finishes her Bachelor's in History at Columbia University. On weekends when she's not teaching lessons, you can find her glued to the TV watching Formula 1 car racing!
