Frandi was first introduced to aquatics in the beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic, where as a kid he learned how to tread water and be comfortable in the ocean. His passion for swimming grew gradually over time, leading him to join the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program in the Bronx during his years at Cardinal Hayes High School. Frandi recently graduated from Daemen University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Biology. During his college years he began working as a swim instructor, and joined Imagine in the spring of 2024. When he is not at the pool, you can find him exploring New York City, seeking out the best foods the city has to offer!
